Description:
Miroku 3000 over/under shotgun, serial #44427PV.
30" barrels with ventilated top rib and mid and front bead sights. Screw-in chokes with Improved Cylinder and Skeet installed. Single selective trigger and ejectors. Game scene engraved coin-silver boxlock action marked B.C. Miroku 3000. Checkered walnut pistol-grip stock with 15" length of pull. 2-3/4" chambers.
Metal surfaces rate excellent with light handling marks to wood. Housed in the factory cardboard case with Styrofoam insert and two additional chokes.
The Miroku 3000 is a Japanese over/under distinguished by its sliding breech lock mechanism, inspired by the Remington 3200 rather than the classic Browning Superposed-style action used on most other Miroku models. Serial dating confirms 1985 manufacture. This example retains excellent metal, light handling marks only to the wood, and is complete with its factory case and extra chokes.
