Originally manufactured in 1892, these are classic English best-quality sidelocks that have been professionally restored to excellent condition. The vividly case-colored actions feature fine scroll and rose engraving, making this a rare and desirable set for collectors or serious shooters.

Both guns share identical configuration, engraving, and restoration quality, with Gun #1 and #2 markings. They are housed together in a restored Oak & Leather transit case with Purdey labels. A magnificent, historically significant Purdey pair.
